How about the payment?
- For clients who want to pick up their items from our branches, they can transact directly from our store's sales representative or through online with our website using Dragonpay.
- For clients who are located outside the "covered area" (e.g. provincial order, ), bank transactions are required. Items can be shipped through the clients preferred freight service (Ap Cargo, LBC and XEND).
I'm looking for a product that is not listed on your site. Can you get it for me?
- Please send us your inquiries through email@example.com and we will get back to you if we can source the product on your behalf.
Are all your items brand new and original?
- Yes, all our goods are brand new and original. We do not sell counterfeit gadgets.
What is your return policy?
- If for some reason you would like to return a product, please contact one of our friendly staffs, who can give you more information on this. You may also check our Terms & Conditions page for further information. For change of mind we do not accept refund.
Are you open to tie-ups, guestings, dealership and sponsorship offers?
- Yes! Just send us the complete details at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I pay you in cheque?
- Yes. Cheques should be deposited directly to our bank accounts prior to claiming of the item. BUT we don’t accept on the spot cheques payment. Once cleared, we can release the item to you. Usual clearing takes three (3) banking days
Can I pay C.O.D if my location is outside Metro Manila?
- We only accept bank deposit. Courier services do not allow C.O.D. payments upon delivery, payments can be done thru Dragonpay or bank deposits.
How long will we receive the item?
- We will ship the units 2-3 working days for Metro Manila and 3-5 working days for Provincial. Shipment is done from Monday-Saturday (office hours). We will send you the tracking number once the item has been pick up by the courier.
Do you offer installment payments?
- Yes, we offer installment for BPI, BDO, and METROBANK card holders. However, those only for purchases from our branch (price may differ).
What payment methods do you accept?
- For ONLINE transactions we only accept Bank to Bank payment and Dragonpay only.
